Mace Group has been selected for two of the £5 million Southern Construction Framework (SCF) regional lots.

Each lot is estimated to be worth between £1.5-2.5 billion.

Mace has acquired Lot 2, covering the seven South East councils of Surrey, Sussex, East Sussex, West Sussex, Hampshire, Kent and Medway along with Brighton and Hove.

Lot 3 has also been awarded to Mace which covers all London boroughs.

The SCF is available to any council, university, hospital, cultural institution and emergency service to procure construction services over the next four years.

Terry Spraggett, Business Unit Director at Mace, said: "I am delighted that we have been appointed to the new Southern Construction Framework."

The tender process was led by Hampshire County Council in association with the London Borough of Haringey and Devon County Council.

10 other contractors are also appointed to the framework.
