ISG has won a £10 million scheme to develop a retail and leisure facility in South Gloucestershire for Shopping Centre Trustees, Crestbridge.

The Yate Riverside development team includes Hanover Cube as the external project management, Haskoll as the architect, Quadrant Harmon as consulting engineers, Sweett Group as the acting employers' agent and PQS/Lamorbey Associates as the building services consultants.

ISG will develop the shell and core infrastructure of seven restaurant/café units and three retail outlets in addition to the current Cineworld cinema complex. The development also includes a two-storey Next outlet.
