Benniman Construction has began developing a £14.5 million project at Thame in Oxfordshire for Stoford Developments.
Two units of 83,000 sq ft and 48,480 sq ft will be built on the Cotmore Park site. Print firm Windles Group and haberdashery company Groves have made pledges to invest in the new facilities.
It is understood Benniman Construction has been appointed to deliver low carbon, energy efficient BREEAM specified buildings for the project.
Planning permission was granted from South Oxfordshire District Council.
Matt Burgin, Joint Managing Director of Stoford, said: "We have now started on the construction of the two warehouse units and we expect Groves and Windles Group to be in a position to move staff into their new bases before the end of the year."
