Skanska To Host Sustainable Building Event

Construction firm Skanska has announced it will host an event highlighting the importance of sustainable buildings on the 10th April in London.

Part of Open-City's Green Sky Thinking Week, the event will discuss key themes on sustainable building, such as green infrastructure, social sustainability and intelligent design.

Paul Heather, Managing Director of Skanska, said: "Green Sky Thinking is really important because it’s all about making London more sustainable. Skanska has been playing a big part in helping the capital to do that.

"Our award winning approach to sustainability has been recognised throughout the industry. And that’s why we’re supporting this week of special events."
