Thomas Vale To Develop £30m Retirement Village

Thomas Vale, Buoygues UK's Midlands Regional Business, is to develop a £30 million retirement village in South Derbyshire, on behalf of Richmond Care Villages, part of Bupa.

Richmond Aston-on-Trent is situated at Aston-on-Trent in South Derbyshire and is expected to open in 2016.

Facilities within the village will include a wellness spa with swimming pool and gym, hair and beauty salon, library, IT room, terrace café, restaurant and garden bar, all set within beautifully landscaped grounds.

Thomas Vale's Managing Director Craig Tatton said: "We are proud to have been chosen to collaborate with Richmond Care Villages to deliver this excellent retirement facility. We are continuing to grow steadily in the Midlands, increasing our market share and further strengthening our position across the region."
