Cornwall Bay Retreat Villas Sold For £2m

The Bay Retreat Villas in north Cornwall have been sold to a private investor from a guide price of £2m.

The site includes 26 properties, each comprising an open plan living room and kitchen, two double bedrooms, rear garden and front patio. They are set within the St Merryn Holiday Village located some 2.5 miles from Padstow.

The development was sold by real estate advisor Savills on behalf of the joint administrators of Herling Limited, Jonathan Pope Scott and Jane Moriarty of KPMG.

Martin Rogers, hotels director at Savills, said: "The Bay Retreat Villas combine contemporary holiday accommodation with an unrivalled location on the Cornish coast and we are pleased with the competitive sale price achieved."
