Beaver 84 Buys Birmingham Groundworks Business

Beaver 84 has continued its expansion with the acquisition of Kingswinford near Dudley-based Go Hire Ltd, an independent groundworks rental company.

Go Hire ceased trading on 5 January 2015, becoming a specialised groundworks depot for Beaver 84, covering the Midlands and South West.

Beaver 84 Managing Director, Steve Tysoe, commented: "Go Hire is a perfect fit. It gives us more leverage in the middle of the country and further extends our groundworks rental portfolio nationally."

The Go Hire team transferred to Beaver 84 as part of the deal, with the business and the site remaining under the jurisdiction of Depot Manager Morton Bartleet.
