Plans Approved For Mixed Use Redevelopment In London

Workspace has received planning approval for a mixed use redevelopment in London.

The redevelopment, at Arches Business Centre, is adjacent to the new Crossrail station at Southall.

The consent includes 110 apartments and 18,000 sq ft of new commercial space, replacing 41,000 sq ft of existing light industrial space.

Jamie Hopkins, Chief Executive Officer, said: "We are delighted to announce the planning consent of our mixed use scheme in Southall, which demonstrates our ability to continue to add value across our portfolio."
