Construction Work Begins On New Housing Development In Devon

Construction work has started to build a new housing development in Totnes, Devon for Westward Housing.

The 3.41-hectare Follaton Oak site, next to the Plymouth Road, will provide half of the homes as open market sale housing and the remainder as affordable housing.

Linden Homes are currently on site levelling land and building a road in preparation for construction of the homes.

The 30 affordable two- and three-bedroom properties are being built for Westward. Of these, 16 will be available under the Shared Ownership scheme and 14 homes will be available for rent.
