Former YMCA Building Converted Into New Homes In Wallasey

A former YMCA building in Wallasey has been transformed into new homes.

The original building on Manor Road has been converted into nine apartments, with six houses also being built on the site by housing provider Magenta Living. The scheme has cost around £1.2 million to complete.

The building was a YMCA centre for over 100 years, before closing its doors in 2011. The work carried out has restored the site, with the building of a new road to the rear of the apartments.
