Clivedale Properties To Build New Apartments In London

Clivedale Properties has been appointed to build over 20 new apartments in London in a £27m contract with McAleer & Rushe.

The 22 apartments are to be developed on the former central London headquarters of property firm Colliers.

The development at 9 Marylebone Lane, includes studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Amenities include a 25-metre pool, gym, spa and treatment rooms, gardens and residents’ lounge.

The plans for 9 Marylebone Lane create a high-quality 55,400 sq ft residential building comprised of lower ground, ground, and seven upper floors, with large setbacks incorporating roof terraces, along with two basement levels.
