Galliford Try Begins Building New Homes In Ramsgate

Galliford Try has commenced building work on 240 new homes in Ramsgate.

The homes, across seven separate sites, will provide five Extra Care schemes and two supported housing schemes for vulnerable adults which incorporate a Mental Health facility and a Move On facility.

The new building will provide 49 one- and two-bedroom self-contained apartments, in addition to communal facilities that are also available, to encourage group activities and local community involvement.

Construction is expected to be completed on the Ramsgate site in summer 2016, with the six remaining sites also now underway.
