Galliford Try To Build New Council Headquarters

Construction firm Galliford Try has reached an agreement on a £40m contract to develop headquarters for Northampshire County Council.

The new 17,600 sq m four-storey building is part of a strategy to consolidate the Council's existing offices, and regenerate an area on the south side of Northampton town centre as part of the Northampton Alive initiative.

In addition to the office space and car parking, a café will be created together with extensive hard landscaping around the site.
