A landlord is to convert an office building in Peterborough town centre into a number of luxurious apartments.
Lindum Peterborough has started construction work on the disused office building for Cross Keys Homes.
Each of the one-bedroom apartments will be let for rent and will be ready for people to move into by the middle of March.
Cross Keys Homes' Director of Development and Sales, David Keeling, said: "These apartments are located right in the heart of the city centre offering residents everything they need on their doorstep.
"They will be a fantastic asset for the city turning what was once an unused office building into residential apartments as well as providing many more much needed affordable homes in Peterborough."
