Orbit Homes To Build New Homes In Epsom

Orbit Homes has been chosen to develop 30 homes in Epsom.

Selected by Epsom and Ewell Borough Council initial plans for the Hollymoor Lane site includes a mix of houses and flats to be made available for shared ownership and rent.

The site is also set to include a two-bedroom wheelchair accessible home, as well as a small supermarket to replace the existing shop on the site.

Maggie McCann, Orbit Homes Development Director, said: "We're delighted to have been appointed to this contract and we look forward to working with Epsom & Ewell Borough Council to deliver these much-needed affordable homes to address housing demand in the area."

The site planning application is due to be submitted in Spring 2015.
