Argent has chosen construction firm Carillion as the preferred bidder to deliver three new buildings at the King's Cross regeneration project.

The project involves the design and construction of a large commercial building and two new high-class residential buildings, all of which are in the North Zone of the development.

The combined value of the three buildings will be in excess of £100 million. Construction will commence in the later part of 2015 with completion scheduled during 2017.
