Planning permission has been approved to build over 20 new homes in Walthamstow.
The site, which is currently used for council staff parking, will house a new mixed development of twelve shared ownership homes and seven one bed and two wheel chair accessible homes as part of a supported living scheme.
The project will be funded by the Mayor of London, Waltham Forest Council and East Thames.
Construction work is due to start in January 2015 with completion expected in March 2016. East Thames will work with architects RCKa to provide a modern, high quality scheme.
