Council Approves Planning For Next Stage Of Woking Development

Benoy has received planning approval from Woking Borough Council for the next stage of its project in Victoria Square.

The mixed-use, retail-led development in the heart of Woking will create a gateway to the town and improve the public realm. Victoria Square is the first new external public space for a generation.

The scheme will include an almost 6,000m2 Marks & Spencer store, a 4-Star hotel with conference facilities set within a 21-storey tower, residential apartments housed within a 34-storey tower and a third 30-storey tower, a medical centre and two new public plazas.
