Housebuilder Lovell has completed a housing project in Cambridgeshire.
The 31 new properties, located in the market town of March, were built for housing association Circle Housing Roddens.
Anne Brighton, Managing Director of Circle Housing Roddons, formally opened the development of 29 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses and two bungalows at Cygnet Crescent, off Grounds Avenue. Twenty-two homes are for rent and nine of the properties are for shared ownership.
Achieving Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, the modern and energy-efficient properties were built by affordable housing developer Lovell.
Lovell regional director, Tony Tann, says: "The provision of quality affordable homes in rural areas enables people to continue to live in the communities where they have grown up and helps keep the countryside alive and thriving.
"Our team is very proud to have helped deliver this new development in March, not only undertaking the construction but also assisting with sourcing the land and obtaining planning permission.
"The scheme has created modern and attractive affordable homes, as well as shared ownership properties enabling residents to take their first steps on to the housing ladder."
