Interserve Prime Enters Agreement With Yeovil Hospital

Interserve Prime has partnered with Yeovil Hospital to improve care for people by developing its estate and buildings.

The hospital selected Interserve Prime Solutions (IP) as its long-term, strategic estates partner in a joint venture LLP.

The 15 year agreement will see IP work with the Hospital Trust to improve its existing estate and develop new facilities which support its plans for accessible, safe and more integrated care.

Established as a joint venture between international support services and construction group, Interserve, and specialist health and social care property company Prime, IP brings together specialists in healthcare planning and design, development, construction and finance.

The partnership's initial focus will be on developing plans to help the hospital deliver its estates master plan.
