The Mayor of Hounslow has visited a £23.1m development built by A2Dominion.
The development transformed a disused site in Hounslow with 101 new homes. It was built in partnership with Hounslow County Council.
Derek Joseph, Chair of A2Dominion, said: "We are delighted to be bringing over 100 much-needed new homes to Hounslow with this scheme.
"We have been providing homes in the borough for almost 70 years and own and manage 2,500 homes in Hounslow.
"Working with Hounslow Council, we are committed to continuing our investment in the borough with plans to build 450 new homes over the next few years."
The scheme received £2.2m grant funding from the Greater London Authority, and work started on site in October 2012.
Homes have been finished to a high specification and feature environmentally-friendly 'green' roofs to keep heat in during winter and out in the summer. The scheme will obtain 20% of its energy from renewable sources.
