House prices in the UK have reached a new record high, with values in Cambridge being three times greater than in 2007.
The UK Cities House Price Index, produced by property firm Hometrack, reveals average house prices have grown between £61,000 and £5,000 in the 12 months to September 2014.
Prices in Cambridge have increased by an average of £53,000 in the last twelve months along, according to the index.
At the other end of the scale, values in Belfast, Northern Ireland, now stand at around half of what they did pre-crash.
