Lovell Appoints New Commercial Manager

Housebuilder Lovell has appointed a new commercial manager for its East Anglia region.

Matthew Goakes joins Lovell from housebuilder Hill Partnerships Ltd where he was regional manager for the Norwich office.

He will be responsible for all commercial, financial and legal aspects of the business across East Anglia and will manage the regional surveying and estimating teams.

Mr Goakes brings extensive experience in the successful delivery of high-quality new-build open market and affordable homes as well as of housing refurbishment and improvement programmes.

He originally started his career as a quantity surveyor with Mansell Construction Services before joining Hill Partnerships Ltd where he worked as contract surveyor and commercial manager before becoming regional manager.
