Grainia Long is to become chief executive at the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (ISPCC), based in Dublin.
She said said: "It has been a privilege to lead CIH for the last three years, and I've loved every minute. I am proud of what we’ve done to improve our services to members, build our public profile and ensure an engaged and energised profession that is committed to improving peoples' lives. It has been a difficult decision to leave, but I know that the level of skill and talent in the organisation means that CIH is perfectly equipped to move on to the next exciting phase of growth and development."
