UCATT's National Political Officer Elected Chair Of Labour's NEC

Construction union UCATT's National Political Officer has been elected Chair of Labour's National Executive Committee (NEC).

Mr Jim Kennedy will chair Labour's NEC during the period preceding next year's General Election.
