Graham Interior Fit-Out has been awarded a £2.2 million contract to refurbish a shopping centre in Liverpool.

The 21 week project will be carried out at Clayton Square Shopping Centre and work has already commenced on site.

The scheme involves major design and internal re-modelling works of the existing shopping centre, including:

• Removing the central escalators and bridges at first floor level to create access to all new units from the ground level.

• Refurbishment of the central mall including new finishes and feature lighting Alterations to new unit layouts for prospective tenant requirements.

• Re-configuration and expansion of anchor tenant Clas Ohlson.

• Access to partially refurbished toilets.

The shopping centre will remain open throughout the works.
