Law firm Pinsent Masons has appointed a new Head of Construction Practice.

Fraser McMillan will take up the role immediately.

He takes over from Richard Foley, who will take up the post of Senior Partner at Pinsent Masons from 1 October.

Fraser specialises in the provision of strategic advice to parties involved in construction and engineering projects on various methods of dispute resolution. He has extensive experience of arbitration, litigation and statutory adjudication work, and has worked in international arbitration and English High Court cases and Scottish Court of Session cases.

During his sixteen year career at Pinsent Masons he has advised on several major construction disputes including those relating to Wembley Stadium and the Edinburgh Trams project.
