Osborne has been appointed by Hyde to repair and maintain its affordable home portfolio.
The contract extension, confirms the strong relationship Osborne and Hyde have established over a number of years in building new, affordable homes across southern England.
Nick Sterling, at Osborne said: "We have worked with Hyde for many years now building new, affordable homes. It is great news that Hyde is keen to extend this relationship to work with us to help deliver its crucial responsive repairs and voids service."
One contract is worth up to £4.3 million and begins this month, for an initial year with an option to extend. It will see Osborne provide support across 13,000 Hyde properties on responsive repairs and voids.
The second contract, worth £565,000, is for voids only and has been extended to almost six months after an initial successful three months.
