Brookfield Multiplex To Build New Student Accommodation In London

The University Partnerships Programme (UPP) has selected Brookfield Multiplex to design and build student accommodation for the University of London.

Located at Cartwright Gardens, the development will include the refurbishment of the existing Hughes Parry Hall tower and the demolition of the remainder of Hughes Parry Hall, along with Canterbury and Commonwealth Halls.

A new hall of residence will be built, incorporating different types of student accommodation, along with internal courtyards, dining facilities, a student reception area and study areas.
