NG Bailey has scooped a three-year contract worth over £1m to deliver mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance works to McArthurGlen.

The contract will see NG Bailey's Facilities Services division manage all six designer outlets in the UK, including Ashford, Bridgend, Cheshire Oaks, East Midlands, Swindon and York.

The team will also support McArthurGlen's energy saving initiatives throughout each centre, as well as working on their pro-active annual and life cycle maintenance strategies..
