Liberty Specialty Markets has appointed Como, the commercial fit-out provider under parent company Mace, to provide 120,000sqft headquarters at 20 Fenchurch Street, aka the Walkie-Talkie building.

Liberty Specialty Markets is a new operation created by integrating the company's existing Lloyd's Syndicate, Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe and US based Liberty Mutual Reinsurance.

Como will fit out six levels which will provide Liberty Specialty Markets with new high quality office accommodation comprising cellular offices, meeting rooms, a board room, a broker Lounge, a reception, a staff cafe, client toilets, staff showers, breakout spaces and storage on each floor and an interconnecting staircase between levels 20 to 22.
