Brookfield Multiplex To Develop Superstructure Of One Black Friars

Brookfield Multiplex is to design and develop the superstructure of One Black Friars in London for St George PLC.

One Blackfriars will be a new, landmark mixed use development. At the development's centre there will be a 50 storey tower, soon to be a new icon for the capital's skyline.

When complete, the development will consist of three buildings, providing 274 homes, a boutique-style hotel over six floors, shops and a new public piazza.

Brookfield Multiplex will also fit-out the three-level basement area, which will incorporate an energy centre, two spas and residential amenity spaces including a new landscaped piazza.
