Builder Seddon has scooped a £2.6 million contract to expand Chesire Business Park.
Appointed by Bolesworth Estate, Seddon will build an equine veterinary centre and a two storey office and distribution store as part of two phases of development at Chowley Oak Business Park.
The new buildings at Chowley, near Tattenhall, will reflect the style of existing offices and converted farm buildings, with work expected to be complete by March 2015.
Andrew Slaney, Operations Manager at Seddon, said: "The expansion of Chowley Oak will not only create jobs in the local area, it will cement Bolesworth's reputation as a leading provider of rural business space.
"We look forward to delivering the estate's expansion plans and being part of the future of the facility.”
