Keepmoat Property Services has scooped a five-year contract to carry out repairs and maintenance works to thousands of homes across the Midlands.
Jephson Housing Group awarded the £8.5m contract which could be extended for a further five years.
The contract will see work undertaken to more than 1,405 properties including elderly and disabled residents' supported housing.

"This contract is a great addition to our Spire Homes contract in terms of supporting our growth strategy and increasing coverage in the Midlands area."
The contract will deliver services to homes in Milton Keynes, Luton, Melton, Nottingham and Northamptonshire.
