Lovell To Build News Homes In Towcester

Housebuilder Lovell is to begin building new homes in Towcester.

The firm is to start constructing the 87 new properties in September.

The homes will range from two to five bedrooms and will be in a range of styles to ensure there is a home to suit everyone.

The new homes are part of the broader £45m Towcester Regeneration and Civic Accommodation Project. The project is being delivered for South Northamptonshire Council by Morgan Sindall Investments Limited (MSIL), with sister companies Lovell delivering the housing and Morgan Sindall plc the commercial development.

David Gough, regional director of Lovell in the Midlands, South Wales and Southern said: "We will be building 87 new homes in this wonderful, semi-rural location; 81 of them will be for sale on the open market, with six affordable homes.

"These homes will provide much-needed new living space for local people in this historic town and the homes are conveniently located for the town centre as well. We're looking forward to getting underway."
