Skanska has bagged two regional places on the Education Funding Agency (EFA) Framework.
The firm will build and refurbish buildings for two areas of England, the South West and the West Midlands.
With a total value of £1.375 billion the four-year frameworks are designed to ensure that buildings, both new and refurbished, are delivered to the EFA Framework standards, with high quality design to meet energy consumption, day lighting and security targets.
Terry Elphick, Managing Director, said: "We're delighted to be shortlisted as providers on the EFA Framework for both the South West and West Midlands regions. Our teams are passionate about delivering places of learning that really add value to local communities."
