Former Senior Director for Project Management for Sweett Group, Colin Bartlett has been appointed as Director of mixed-use & residential projects at Leadership and Management Limited (L+M).
With over 30 years in the construction industry, both in the UK and mainland Europe, Mr Bartlett is described as a specialist in the leadership, management and delivery of complex mixed-use & residential developments. Since 2006 he was also Key Account Director for a major UK developer where he was responsible for the delivery of multiple large mixed-use & residential urban regeneration developments across the UK with construction values ranging from £20 - £125m incorporating residential, retail, commercial and leisure uses.
