Two non-executive board members have been appointed to the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).
Kevin Parry has had considerable financial experience in his prior roles of finance director of Schroders plc and as a partner of KPMG while Niall Mills is currently a partner in the infrastructure investment business of First State Investments.
Both will bring skills that build on those of existing HCA Board members to help ensure the professional management of investment and risk on behalf of the taxpayer.
HCA Chairman Robert Napier said: "I'm delighted to welcome such strong candidates to these vitally important posts on our Board. We are increasing our capacity and capability not least to manage an increasingly complex portfolio of financial instruments, by building on the skills of our existing Board. The wealth of experience in finance and investment that Kevin and Niall bring are particularly important in this area."
