UCATT the union is calling on construction employees to check their wages to make sure employers have a honoured a pay rise.
Pay rates for all workers rose by 3% from 30th June, covered by the Construction Industry Joint Council (CIJC).
The new industry minimum craft rate is now £11.00 an hour and the minimum general operative rate has increased to £8.27 an hour.
Steve Murphy, General Secretary of UCATT, said: "CIJC construction workers need to check their pay packets to make sure that employers honour the promised pay rise.
