Lovell has been appointed to provide repairs services to over 3,900 properties for Estuary Housing Association.

The contract, which is worth £22 million in total turnover over five years, is due to start on 1st July this year.

Lovell will carry out repair work on properties in Essex, Greater London and Suffolk.

Lovell will deliver a 24-hour, 365 days-a-year, reactive repairs service, planned maintenance programmes and carrying out work to refurbish void properties.
