BAM FM, the facilities management business of BAM Construct UK, is to be regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

RICS is one of the world's leading body for monitoring professional standards in land, property and construction, originally established in the UK by Royal Charter.

Following its rigorous process for evaluating corporate membership, RICS has approved BAM FM's application. BAM will now adhere to the RICS codes of conduct, and its professional standards and scrutiny.
