Retired Balfour Beatty Chief Joins Sicon

The former chief executive of Balfour Beatty has taken a non-executive director role with Sicon.

Mike Peasland retired from Balfour Beatty in December last year, after working for the firm since 1970.

He has now joined John Sisk construction holding firm, Sicon, who said in a statement: "We are very fortunate to have attracted both Mike and Ken to the board.

"Between them they have over 70 years’ experience in business and most of that at a senior level."
