Schoolchildren from Stoke Minster School in Stoke on Trent have teamed up with pupils from Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire to help shape energy for the future at the E.ON Children's Conference.

The E.ON Children's Conference, which took place at the National College of Schools Leadership in Nottingham, enabled 150 pupils to work together to investigate how energy is used and where it can be saved.

The conference was run by the E.ON Energy Squad with a range of exciting hands-on workshops designed to educate the children and bring energy to life. The children were also rewarded with an energy party for successfully completing the workshops and demonstrating that they are the energy savers of the future.

The E.ON Children's Conference is designed to fit directly with the current school curriculum and enable the E.ON Energy Squad to offer complementary learning in a fun and dynamic way.
