Housing refurbishment and regeneration specialist Lovell has been appointed to three major housing framework agreements in the North West and North Wales.
In Salford, the company has been appointed to City West Housing Trust's contractor framework. Lovell will be eligible to carry out a wide range of internal and external improvement work with City West which is set to invest over £100 million to improve its properties and estates over the next four years through kitchen and bathroom replacements and rewiring, roofing work, environmental improvements and the refurbishment of high- and low-rise apartment blocks. The not-for-profit organisation owns 14,600 homes in West Salford.
In Liverpool, Lovell has been appointed to the framework agreement established by Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) to deliver £25 million of major internal and external refurbishment work to its properties over the next four years.
The company has also been selected to work on social landlord Cartrefi Conwy’s four-year contractors framework for its properties in Conwy County, North Wales. Lovell will be eligible to carry out work worth up to £8 million for Cartrefi Conwy, including building new homes and refurbishing properties.
