The development was designed by Grid Architects and will consist of a series of seven buildings of various heights arranged around an acre of private gardens. It will be within five minutes' walk of both Wembley Park tube station and the new London Designer Outlet, which opened in October offering 70 shops, 15 restaurants and a 9 screen cinema.

These new homes at Wembley Park have been designed to attract buyers from the mid and upper mainstream brackets, which are the most undersupplied sectors of the London housing market, with 416 of the apartments planned as one or two bedroom homes.
