Construction union Ucatt will hold an anti-blacklisting demonstration in Newcastle on Wednesday 20th November as part of the TUC's anti-blacklisting Day of Action.
Denis Doody Regional Secretary of Ucatt's Northern Region, said: "Blacklisting is a disgusting practice which wrecked the lives of thousands of workers and their families. Nearly five years after the blacklisting scandal was revealed the victims are still fighting for justice."
Similar protests will be held by Ucatt in every region of the country.
Mr Doody added: "The blacklisting companies must realise that this campaign will not end until every victim has received justice and a full public inquiry has been held into the scandal."
