Housebuilder and regeneration specialist Lovell has been shortlisted in the Residential Developer of the Year category of the Insider West Midlands Property Awards 2013.
Lovell won this category of the region’s premier property awards when it entered for the first time last year.
Lovell focused on three West Midlands developments in its Award submission: Monarch Park in Cannock, Weston Heights in Stoke and Bayleys Moat in Ward End, Birmingham.
David Gough, regional director of Lovell in the Midlands, commented: "We have had another excellent year in the West Midlands and we’re pleased that the judges have recognised this by shortlisting us for the Award. We focused on three quite different projects in our submission and hope we have shown the breadth of our expertise. Now we wait to see if we've been able to follow up our win last year with the same result again!"
The Awards will take place on 21 November at Birmingham’s Metropole Hotel, with around 450 West Midlands property professionals expected to attend.
