Miller Secures Two Ministry Of Justice Contracts

Miller Construction has secured two further Ministry of Justice contracts under the Ministry of Justice Strategic Alliance Agreement Framework for the North.

Miller Construction has now been awarded contracts valued at over £17m since the inception of the Northern Framework last year.

HMP Leeds and HMP Long Lartin are the latest projects to be added to Miller's expanding Ministry of Justice portfolio. With a combined construction value of over £7m, these projects will sit alongside existing on-going contracts with Manchester Crown Court, Yorkshire Courts and North East Courts.

Works will commence on site at both HMP Leeds and HMP Long Lartin in January 2014. Work packages include the design and build of a new reception building; design and build of a new control room; and installation of new, site-wide alarm systems.
