Costain graduates have rated Costain the best in the civil engineering and construction industry.

The Group came first in its sector in this year's Top Companies for Graduates to Work For survey by The Job Crowd, the UK's leading graduate job review website. The results are based on reviews submitted anonymously by graduate employees.

"It's great to know our graduates think so highly of us," said Camilla Duncan, Graduate Development Officer, who collected the Job Crowd award with Rachel Phillips, Graduate Recruitment and Development Assistant. "The award also makes us more attractive to the new graduates we want to recruit. This year we will be recruiting around 60 – in previous years we've recruited around 45 – including some in disciplines new to us such as English and Business Management."

All the graduates spoke highly of Costain's Graduate Development Scheme. They welcomed the amount of responsibility they were given early on, and liked how they were made to feel important to the business.
