Rydon started a new contract delivering repairs and maintenance services to around 8,000 council properties across the borough of Sutton.

Rydon won the contract for Sutton Housing Partnership in February and we have been busy ever since meeting tenants and leaseholders to ensure they fully understand the residents’ priorities for the repairs service.

The firm also recently supported the St Helier Festival fun day where its key staff were on hand to answer any questions from residents.

Jon Willis, Head of Repairs and Allocations at Sutton Housing Partnership said: "We have been working hard with Rydon over the last three months to prepare for the start of the contract on 1st July. Our priority is that services to residents are in no way disrupted and there is a smooth handover from the previous contractors."
